So far my new week is off to a good start! I made the kids lunches and sent them off to school then had 20 oz of fresh celery juice, followed by a cup of ginger tea. Then as a small meal with a protein kick I had a a drinkable yogurt before a long 5 mile walk. Doing this daily helps me keep my GERD in check! Now itโ€™s time for lunch.

Grilled flaked salmon ๐ŸŸ leftover from dinner the other night with white rice and beans tossed in fresh lime juice, a little evoo, cilantro, sea salt and black pepper along with a hard boiled egg, avocado slices ๐Ÿฅ‘, cherry tomatoes ๐Ÿ… and baby kale ๐Ÿฅฌ massaged with a little olive oil and pecorino cheese ๐Ÿง€. It was a nourishing and delicious meal. Hope youโ€™re week is also off to a good start!
