Simple fall inspired meal that’s great for any time of the day!
Sheet pan oven baked salmon, butternut squash, Brussels and asparagus seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pat the salmon dry, place on sheet pan and season with garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt and olive oil. Add the remaining veggies along side the salmon, toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake the asparagus for 10 minutes, the salmon and brussels for 12-15 minutes and the butternut squash for a total of 20 minutes turning 1 time half way or until tender. If you prefer using separate sheet pans feel free to do so but no need to dirty up extra dishes if you don’t have to! Hope you’re having a great day.
