Savory breakfasts will always win my heart! Two poached eggs 🍳 over kale 🥬 sautéed in garlic 🧄, red onion 🧅 and a little olive oil with lemon parsley lentils, tomatoes 🍅 and half an avocado 🥑. I used canned lentils, drained and rinsed and added a large handful of chopped parsley 🌿, juice of a lemon 🍋, a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. It’s a seriously delicious protein packed meal. Hope you’re having a productive day!
