I don’t always have the time to make elaborate breakfasts but when I do it’s worth every minute!
Scrambled eggs 🍳 with pan seared halloumi and cherry tomatoes 🍅, buttery sautéed mushrooms 🍄, spinach 🍃 and chili roasted chickpeas! If you are not familiar with what halloumi is, it’s a Cypriot cheese made with sheep’s milk that is now available in the cheese section in most grocery stores.
