Happy Monday! After another fun family weekend


Happy Monday! After another fun family weekend filled with fall festivities I started my day with 20 ounces of fresh celery juice and a drinkable yogurt, then a long walk around my neighborhood as I admire some of the awesome Halloween πŸŽƒ πŸ‘» decorations in the area! Now let there be lunch with a plate of all good things!
Grilled Teriyaki Salmon 🐟leftover from last nights dinner with a soft boiled egg πŸ₯š, half an avocado πŸ₯‘, cherry tomatoes πŸ…, lemony arugula 🌿 and a slice of sourdough toast 🍞 with garlic butter mushrooms πŸ„. For the grilled teriyaki salmon I marinated the salmon in store bought teriyaki sauce with a little extra virgin olive oil, black pepper and garlic powder and grilled on each side for 4-5 minutes.
