A variety of good things on my plate for lunch today! Two hard boiled eggs 🥚 with crispy chili roasted chickpeas, half a grapefruit, half an avocado 🥑 with EBTB seasoning and mixed greens 🥬 with lemon 🍋 and olive oil. It was a simple and nourishing meal. Wishing the start of your new week well!
